Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes. Alpha & Omega is a licensed and insured New York City painting company. Our NYC Home Improvement Contractor license number and insurance carrier are listed on the site at go-live, and we carry the certificates of insurance (COIs) buildings require so you can verify everything.
Do you handle older homes with lead paint?+
Homes built before 1978 can contain lead paint and call for EPA lead-safe (RRP) practices. Most New York City housing is pre-1978, and we follow lead-safe practices on those homes. Ask us about your building when you request your estimate.
How long does a job take?+
It depends on the size of the project and how much prep is involved. We give you a clear timeline along with your written estimate, and we keep you posted as the work moves.
Do you clean up?+
Every day. We protect your home before we start, work clean in occupied apartments, clean up as we go, and do a final walkthrough with you before we call it done.
Do you offer a warranty?+
Yes. Our work is backed by a workmanship warranty. We stand behind the finish and make it right if something is not up to our standard.
